A Benton man has pleaded guilty in Effingham County Circuit Court to possession of 15 to 100 grams of cocaine.
24-year-old Kanen Finke was placed on 30 months of probation, and to 50 days in jail. He must also pay a fine.
Counts of manufacture or delivery of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine were dismissed as part of the plea bargain agreement.
Finke had been arrested in January of 2025.
