Dieterich village board members passed their fiscal year tax levy. The General Fund levy totaled $70,095.
The Board granted a two-year extension for two lots in Dieterich Industrial Park East that had been obtained by B&E Developers. The extension will allow the transfer of the lots to a different developer.
Board members also approved an amendment to the rental agreements for use of the Dieterich Civic Center and the Liberty Park pavilion. A clause was added that those wanting to use either facility will have to pay a charge if they don’t pick up the key during regular business hours.
