A Dieterich man has been sentenced to five years in prison for methamphetamine delivery.
49-year-old Kevin J. Medford had been arrested in October on multiple drug and firearm related charges. County sheriff’s authorities had served search warrants where Medford resides and a nearby storage unit. Evidence of the sale and delivery of controlled substances was located, along with several weapons and drugs.
In addition to the prison term, Medford was given credit for 65 days served while awaiting disposition of his case, and one month mandatory supervised release.
