East/West Railroad Crossings Were Closed In Effingham Saturday Morning; Open Now

East/West railroad crossings in Effingham were closed due to gates down, but a mechanical problem has been corrected and gates are now open.

The malfunction affected the Willow, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and Maple Street crossings.
