Probation was imposed on a man involved in a standoff in Teutopolis earlier this year.
37-year-old Jon M. Dust was involved in the incident in August where he allegedly began kicking on the door of a neighbor. Dust reportedly kicked open the door then barricaded himself inside the residence. Authorities eventually were able to get Dust to surrender and he was taken into custody. No one was injured.
Dust pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to a residence. He was sentenced to two years of probation and will have to complete public service time.
