 FISH Thanksgiving Day Dinner Scheduled

The Effingham County FISH Organization will sponsor the 21st Annual Effingham County Thanksgiving Day Dinner on Thursday, November 27.

Organizers are offering congregate meal seating, a delivered meal or curbside pickup. The congregate meal will begin at 12:30pm at Cornerstone Christian Church at 3600 South Banker Street in Effingham. Delivered meals will be delivered after 10am. Curbside pickup will be available between 11am and 12 noon, also at Cornerstone Church.

Thanks to our amazing volunteers and the generous support of our community, FISH is able to provide free holiday meals to Effingham County residents and their families. Meals are always free. Donations are always welcome, especially for large orders. Every gift makes a difference by helping FISH serve more neighbors, keeping plates full and spreading joy year after year.

This event is free and open to all Effingham County residents and their families, donations are greatly appreciated and may be given to the delivery driver, left in a donation bucket at the church or sent to: FISH, P.O. Box 473, Effingham, IL 62401. Reservations may be made beginning November 1 through November 21, 2025. For the congregate, home delivery and curbside pickup meals, please call 217-343-7342.
