A Miami, Florida man has been sentenced in Effingham County Circuit Court to 10 years in prison for controlled substance trafficking.
61-year-old Jose Rodriguez had been arrested here in February, but the new charge led to a guilty plea.
Rodriguez will serve 12 months of mandatory supervised release once out of prison. He also faces a $5,000 fine.
