Dieterich school board members Tuesday heard a feasibility report from Veregy on several capital improvement projects. Those include the possibility of a new roof over a portion of the building, a solar project, a covered walkway to connect the gym lobby and the vocational building, and tuckpointing. No action was taken.
The Board heard from Krista McLaren of Kemper CPA Group regarding last fiscal year’s audit. The district was issued a clean audit. Also, Andrew Ewing of The Upchurch Group was on hand to provide the 10-year health/life safety report.
Dieterich board members approved a new athletic officials pay schedule; approved a senior class trip to Cincinnati in late April; and took action on these personnel moves…approved as volunteers were Sammi Goebel and Ella Kreke for junior high and high school girls basketball…Clayton Campton for junior high boys basketball…and Landen Keck for high school boys basketball. Kyle Budde and Ava Niemerg were approved as student workers. A maternity leave was approved for Gina Niemerg.
