Property fraud is something all property owners want to avoid.

The Effingham County Recorder’s Office now offers an online service designed to protect property owners.

Effingham County Clerk and Recorder Michelle Kollmann sent out pamphlets with this year’s tax bills that contained information about the free service.

Kollmann and two of her staff members spoke about the program to Effingham Noon Rotary at their September 10th meeting. Bev Soltwedel served as Rotary weekly program chairman.
