(EFFINGHAM CITY K9 “KONA”)
Effingham County Search and Rescue K9 Unit, along with Northstar Canine K9, will be conducting recertification trials. They will be in the Effingham downtown area along with other areas around the county.
There will be several K9 teams in the Effingham area and downtown area training or certifying their K9s.
K9 Commander Kevin Bullard said no one should be alarmed if you see them in action; it is only training. You’re asked to let the teams work their K9s without interfering.
