The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) has awarded Effingham County Chamber Membership Director, Becky Brown, the Dana Ketterling Lifetime Sales Achievement Award. The award recognizes career sales achievement, with awards based on the total number or total dollar amount of chamber membership sales. Brown earned recognition in the Silver category for achieving 750 transactions or $300,000 in sales in chamber memberships throughout her career.

“Membership sales professionals play a key role in showcasing the value and impact their organizations bring to the communities they serve,” said ACCE President & CEO Sheree Anne Kelly. “We celebrate the success of our industry’s top achievers.”

Brown was recognized for her achievement at the 2025 ACCE Annual Convention, presented by Comcast Business, in Philadelphia on Wednesday, July 23.

ACCE annually presents this award in memory of Dana Ketterling, ACCE’s resource development officer, who was a gifted membership professional and champion of chambers of commerce and the communities they serve.

The Effingham County Chamber has always put its members first. Each new member brings fresh ideas, energy, and opportunities that strengthen our network and community. This recognition from ACCE reflects the impact Becky Brown has made over her 31 years with the Chamber—ensuring membership remains one of the best investments for businesses in Effingham County.

“Becky’s commitment to our members and her dedication to building meaningful relationships have been instrumental in creating a stronger, more connected business community,” said Katie Koester, President & CEO of the Effingham County Chamber. “This award reflects the passion and care she brings to her work each and every day.”
