Effingham County Fair Board President Phil Hartke was the guest speaker at the Effingham Noon Rotary meeting on July 9.
The 81st Fair is scheduled from Saturday to Saturday, July 26 to August 2.
Hartke gave a rundown on the highlights of this year’s fair. He also made note that there is more harness racing at the fair than any other fair in the state.
