It’ll be a Thursday evening and Friday celebration again this year in Dieterich.
The headquarters for the celebration will be Dieterich Liberty Park.
Things will get started at 5pm Thursday with Axe Throwing by Haulin’ Axe Indy until 9pm; a variety of food vendors and beer garden; pork burgers in the pavilion; Max Heuerman on stage from 6 to 8pm; and Flight Fifty on stage from 8 to 11pm.
Here’s the full rundown for Friday in Dieterich:
7am–Firecracker 5K run or one mile fun run/walk starts at Wright Family Center
10am–food and drink vendors open on Virginia Street
10am-9pm–Axe Throwing by Haulin’ Axe Indy
10am-10pm–Pony Rides
11am–Parade (entries line up 10am at high school parking lot) Parade Theme “Fields of Freedom” with Parade Marshal Brody Will
11am–11:30pm–Beer Garden under pavilion
11am-9pm–Trap Team concessions in park pavilion–pork burgers, brats, hot dogs and chips
12 noon-7:30pm–Inflatable bounce houses in the outfield–$10 all day arm band
12 noon-4pm–balloon artist and face painting–free!
12:30pm-3pm–Hip Huggers on stage
1pm–Youth pedal tractor pull under pavilion–ages 3 to 10
1pm-3pm–Foam Party by Wild Foam Adventures–free!
1pm-6pm–Toddler Activity Tent in the outfield
3:30pm-4:30pm–Avery Bohnhoff on stage
4pm–Turtle Races in the outfield–bring your own turtle
4:30pm–Bullfrog jump contest in the outfield–bring your own bullfrog
4:45pm-5:45pm–Blacktop Ramblers on stage
7pm–Little King and Queen Contest on stage
8pm-11pm–Cornfield Mafia on stage
9:15pm–FIREWORKS during intermission of Cornfield Mafia
