A Ramsey man has been arrested for allegedly threatening Illinois State Police troopers at the Effingham headquarters on Tuesday.
38-year-old Mitchell Cole was reportedly in possession of brass knuckles at the time he made the threats.
In court Thursday, Cole was charged with unlawful possession of weapons and aggravated assault.
