Effingham Park District Director Jeff Althoff was the guest speaker at the recent meeting of the Effingham Kiwanis Club.
Althoff shared about the programs offered through the Park District, the number of young people they serve, and upcoming projects.
Kiwanis member Matt Dasenbrock scheduled the program.
