Cowden-Herrick school board members voted this week to approve a consolidation of sports contract with the Beecher City school district. The contract covers the coming three school years. The Beecher City school board took the same action earlier this week.
The Board employed DeLynne Morgason as a fulltime bus driver and part-time aide. An irrevocable retirement notice was accepted from David Wojcik, effective at the end of the 2028-2029 school year.
Board members also approved an amended budget for the 2024-2025 school year, approved student handbooks, and set student registration fees for the coming school year.
