The Lake Land College Board of Trustees has approved pay increases for various staff members.
The Board granted 3% increases in the base salary schedule. The starting salary schedule is reviewed every three years. Base salaries for administrators, supervisors and support staff were also increased 3%, as were part-time rates and stipends, and part-time staff hourly increases.
Trustees also accepted a Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation grant. The $1,500 award will be utilized by Lake Land’s clay and trap shooting teams.
Also, trustees voted to postpone any formal response to a formal grievance filed by the Lake Land College Faculty Association at Step Four until the July Board of Trustees meeting.
