Regional Office of Education Leasing First Floor of Lake Land Kluthe Building

The move by Lake Land College from the Kluthe Building to the Effingham Technology Center opened up space for other entities.

That has been addressed with the Regional Office of Education leasing the entire first floor of the Kluthe Building. The lease agreement is effective August 1, at a lease cost of $21,376 per quarter. The agreement is for three years.

Also upon completion of the Effingham Technology Center, Lake Land plans to make available one office to the Effingham Small Business Development Center. Lake Land will lease the office to the Small Business Center for three years.
