The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Effingham County is hosting its annual Survivor Dinner on Tuesday, June 17.
Event organizers are looking for volunteers to help at the dinner, which will take place at Christ’s Church on Veterans Drive in Effingham from 4:30 to 9pm. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact Becky Kinman at 217-821-5487 or visit the Relay for Life of Effingham County website at www.relayforlife.org/effinghamIL to sign up for a shift.
Also, RSVPs are still being taken for the dinner. All cancer survivors are invited to take along one caregiver. Today, June 10th, is the RSVP deadline. RSVP to Stephanie Smith at stephanie.smith@cancer.org or 312-585-8497.
