Teutopolis village board members Wednesday voted to pay out TIF 2 funds on two contracts, one on Farmweld contract 1 and one on Farmweld/Canarm contract 3

The Board discussed, but then tabled a TIF application and a TIF 2 agreement with Ruholl Trailer Sales.

Board members heard about a storm sewer repair invoice from Todd Waldhoff, but learned that the work was on Waldhoff’s side of the property so the Village will not be paying on the project. They also asked Milano and Grunloh Engineers for assistance on road oiling work.

The Board okayed a $5,000 down payment to CSX Railroad for the Pearl Street project, and agreed to seek bids soon on the Prairie View Subdivision Phase 2 sidewalk project.  There was also discussion on the fiscal year appropriations ordinance and budget, with hopes it will be finalized next meeting.
