An Edgewood man was injured in a motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon.
73-year-old Paul Nelson was traveling on 575th Street, south of 125th Avenue, when he lost control of his cycle. Nelson laid the motorcycle on its side, with Nelson coming to rest in the ditch.
Nelson was airlifted to HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield for treatment. No citations were issued.
The crash happened just after 5pm.
