The names have been released of a Florida couple killed in a crash Saturday morning on I-57 at Neoga.
Cumberland County Coroner Jennifer Phipps said the husband-and-wife have been identified as 77-year-old Alan Moorman and 72-year-old Marianne Moorman. Phipps said that both of those killed were pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash happened at 11:20am. Illinois State Police say the crash involved a minivan and a semi. The minivan crossed from the southbound into the northbound lanes and struck the semi. The minivan became fully engulfed in flames. The Moormans were occupants of the minivan.
