LISTEN TO YOUR HEART music and Grace Group

LISTEN TO YOUR HEART music and Grace Group will meet on Thursday, March 27, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm, and every fourth Thursday of the month.  This will be at the Family Mental Health Support location, at 202 N. Banker Street in Effingham.

Greg Hook will be offering his perspective on healing, mindfulness, mental health, trauma, discipline, and strength.

This group is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.
