ECCCMA’s lecture on Thursday, March 12th, will be “The History of Barlow Lock & Security” presented by Cathy Bierman.
The lecture will be held on the 2nd floor of the Effingham County Museum at 110 East Jefferson Street in Effingham.
Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the lecture begins at 7 pm.
