Candlelight Memorial at Hospital Chapel
The hospice team of HSHS Home Care invites community members to join them at a candlelight memorial on Thursday, December 4 at 5:00 p.m. The memorial will be in the HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital Chapel, located at 503 North Maple Street in Effingham. Those attending may enter through the entrance close to the chapel, through the Healing Garden.
The service will be a time to honor and remember during the holiday season the memory of loved ones lost. Everyone attending is invited to bring a photo of their loved one for the memorial board during the event.

• Tuesday, December 9 at 5:00 p.m. – HSHS St. John’s Hospital Chapel, 800 East Carpenter Street, Springfield
• Thursday, December 11 at 5:00 p.m. – HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Chapel, 1 St. Elizabeth’s Blvd., O’Fallon, Illinois
