Halloween Parade – Effingham Sunrise Rotary

Parade participants are advised to assemble for the procession from Noon – 1:00 p.m. along Maple Street, positioned between Temple and Evergreen Avenues. A $20 entry fee will apply for all entries, excluding veterans, school groups, and emergency vehicles. All proceeds from the entry fees will benefit local non-profit organizations.
The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club, established in 1994, is a local service organization committed to making a difference in the community. The club meets weekly on Tuesdays at 7 a.m. For more details about the club or to get involved, please contact Club President Ryan Wyckoff at 217-821-9484.
