Voices of Freedom at LLCSHS
Join the Charleston Community Theatre for Voices of Freedom, a compilation of patriotic speeches from America’s History. The performance will take place in the Visitor Center Auditorium of the Lincoln Log Cabin State Historic Site on Saturday, July 18 at 1:00 p.m.
Excerpts of orations by Patrick Henry, Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Calvin Coolidge, Eleanor Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, and of course, Abraham Lincoln, will be interspersed with patriotic tunes for this America 250 celebration at Lincoln Log Cabin’s Visitor Center Auditorium.
The event is free and open to the public, no RSVP is required.
