NFL Expansion Could Happen Next Season

The NFL may expand the postseason 14 teams, and it could happen as soon as next season. ESPN reported Wednesday that the new collective bargaining agreement proposal would increase the postseason from six teams per conference to seven, and only one team from each conference would receive a first-round bye. The report said they changes would take effect in the 2020 season if the deal is ratified in time

 

Browns' Robinson Arrested

Offensive tackle Greg Robinson, who played for the Cleveland Browns last season, was arrested Tuesday in Texas on a drug distribution charge. Federal agents allege they found 157 pounds of marijuana in a rented vehicle in which Robinson and two other people were riding. He was charged with possessing marijuana with the intention to sell, and could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
