Wheeler Man Arrested for Effingham Burglaries Friday Morning

A Wheeler man has been arrested in connection with burglaries at two Effingham residences early Friday morning.

47-year-old Paul A. Beville was arrested on two counts of residential burglary, as well as counts of unlawful possession of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of stolen property.

Beville was taken into custody while driving a vehicle that had been taken from one of the homes.

Tom Webb of the Effingham City Police Department reported Monday morning that all of the property stolen from the two homes has been recovered.

Beville's bond has been set at $75,000.
