CORL Tallies Volleyball Win Over South Central

Centralia Christ Our Rock Lutheran handed South Central a loss as regular season high school volleyball comes to a close Wednesday.

Christ Our Rock Lutheran won the opening set 26-24 but South Central came back with a 25-15 victory. CORL then won the match, 25-13.

South Central was led by Jalynn Mitchell with 17 digs, Reagan Roberts with 16 assists, Emma Jenne with 11 kills and one block, Megan Yates with eight digs and Brooke Cowger with three aces and one block.

South Central dropped to 21-12 on the season.

CORL claimed the junior varsity match 25-19, 25-22 and won the freshman/sophomore contest, 25-8, 25-22. The Cougars JV ended at 10-5 while the freshman/sophomore finished out at 8-4-3.
