Junior High Softball Results -- Aug. 26

CISNE -- Dieterich stepped out to a 4-0 first inning lead in junior high softball action and went on for a 13-5 win in five innings over Cisne Thursday.

Dieterich had 10 hits led by C. Faller with two doubles and two RBI, K. Michl with a single, double and three RBI, A. Boerngen with a single, triple and an RBI, A. Uthell with a double and C. Goebel with two singles.

Boerngen picked up the win going 1.2 innings allowing no hits, three runs, three walks and striking out two. C. Faller came on going three innings allowing two runs on two hits, three walks and striking out three.

Flora Floyd Henson blanked Jasper County, 2-0 in Thursday action.

Jasper County dropped to 10-3 on the season. and will be back in action today at Neoga.
