EHS, T-town Softball Players Named All Apollo Conference

Three Effingham and one Teutopolis high school softball players were named to the All-Apollo Conference First and Second Teams.

Jaidi Davis and Emma Hardiek, both seniors, were named to the First Team while Riley Cunningham, a sophomore, was named to the Second Team.

Also named to the Second Team was Teutopoils junior Tia Probst.

Other First Team players were Charleston seniors Reagan McGahey and Ashlynn McPeak, Mahomet-Seymour senior Aubrie Shore, Mattoon seniors Delainey Bryant and Xylia Greeson, Mount Zion junior Gwen Bender and Lincoln sophomore Cara Farnam.

Other Second Team players were Charleston's Ava Stephens, a senior, and Addison Shrader, a freshman, Mahomet-Seymour senior Ashley Campbell, Mattoon junior Ivie Edwards and Mount Zion sophomores Dakota Harrison and Kayla Schnippel.

All-Conference pitchers named were Mattoon's Raven Morrison, a senior; Mahomet-Seymour's Karley Yergler, a junior and Charleston's Karah Moore, a sophomore.
