Leafs' Matthews Wins Hart Trophy, Stanley Cup Game Tuesday

The Toronto Maple Leafs’ Auston Matthews won the Hart Trophy as the NHL’s most valuable player Tuesday night. The 24-year-old was the first NHL player to score 60 goals in 10 years this season.

 

Also Tuesday night, the New York Rangers’ Igor Shesterkin won the Vezina Trophy as the top goalie, and the Detroit Red Wings’ Moritz Seider took the Calder Trophy as the top rookie.
