Free Pickleball Clinic For Beginners Dec. 3

The Workman Sports Center will hold a free clinic for adults wanting to learn the game of pickleball. The clinic will be Friday, December 3 from 6-8 p.m.

All new players will be admitted free. For those who attended the last clinic, you must pay the daily fee. Players must sign in at the desk.

Equipment and rules will be provided. Please wear tennis shoes. Experienced players are asked to attend and help with the clinic.

The game of pickleball started in 1965 and has become so popular it is now considered the fastest growng sport in the USA. The game of pickleball is a combination of badminton, ping pong and tennis.

Jim Hecht will be in charge of this clinic.

Reminder: the Workman's Center is selling their daily passes for $4 this week (Nov. 22-28). The daily fee is usually $8.
