Klete Keller, who won five swimming Olympic medals for the U.S., pled guilty to a felony charge Wednesday for being among those who stormed the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

He faces 21 to 27 months in prison. The 39-year-old pled guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding -- Congress’ certification of President Biden's victory -- and agreed to cooperate with authorities.

Keller competed in the 2000, 2004 and 2008 Olympics, winning two gold, one silver and two bronze medals.
