After being delayed for three days because of bad weather, NASCAR's playoff race at Texas was completed Wednesday night and won by Kyle Busch. It was his first win of the season which kept his streak of winning at least one cup series race in the last 16 seasons intact.

Busch won at Texas Motor Spreedway for the 4th time in his career. Martin Truex Jr. finished second with Christopher Bell a close 3rd.

There are still three open spots to be filled Sunday at Martinsville Speedway as the seven remaining contenders will try to join Joey Lagano for an opportunity at the season points championship in the season finale at Phoenix next Sunday.
