The Tampa Bay Lightning beat the New York Islanders 2-1 in overtime Thursday night to win the Eastern Conference championship 4 games to 2 and reach the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2015.

Anthony Cirelli scored the winning goal in OT. Tampa Bay will play the Dallas Stars for the NHL title.
