As most of the state moves to Phase 3 this Friday in the Governor's Restore Illinois reopening plan, what does that mean for high school sports?

Maybe a small first step like "physical fitness type things" says the Illinois High School Association's Matt Troha. He says the IHSA's Sports Medicine Advisory Committee has been in discussion with staff at the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Troha says if the state can reach Phase 4 in the govenrors' Restore Illinois plan, the IHSA could look at allowing traditional summer contact days.
