Pro Sports Could Resume In N.Y., California, Texas Soon

The governors of New York, California and Texas said Monday that pro sports could resume in their states soon. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said he’s encouraging major sports teams to plan to reopen without fans. California Governor Gavin Newsom said sports could resume without fans as soon as the “first week or so of June.” Texas Governor Greg Abbott said sports without fans could resume at the end of this month.
