The St. Anthonygirls bowling team openned its season competing in the Kayhok Invitational in Collinsville Saturday. In the highly competitive event, the Bulldogs finished in 15th place.

"This is our first year for girl's bowling," said Coach Phil Zaccari. "The team was a little nervous to start. We wanted to make sure everyone had an opportunity to bowl. We definitely have our work cut out for us, but the team is motivated to improve.
