SEPT 15: (9am-4pm): The Fall Season is here and so are our Crafters with many new novel items. The monthly Bazaar is filled with creative homemade crafts including woodworking, collectables, direct sales, unique finds and so much more.. We are located in the Merchant Building at the Moultrie-Douglas County Fairgrounds, Arthur, IL. The entrance to the Fairgrounds is just South of the corner of RT 133 and Vine St. Follow the road into the Fairgrounds to the Merchant Building (behind the high school at Jurgens Park).
