Tiger Woods spoke out about George Floyd's death in a Twitter statement last night, saying, "My heart goes out to George Floyd, his loved ones and all of us who are hurting right now."

He said he's always had "the utmost respect' for law enforcement, but stated, "This shocking tragedy clearly crossed that line" of how and when force should be used. He also rejected violence at protests, saying, "We can make our points without burning the very neighborhoods we live in."
