Ravens' Jackson Reaches 5,000 Yards Passing

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson Sunday reached 5,000 yards passing and 2,000 yards rushing faster than any player in NFL history in the Ravens’ 31-17 win over the Washington Football Team. The reigning NFL MVP reached the milestone in his 35th career game, surpassing Michael Vick, who did it in his 39th game.

 

NFL Moves Patriots/Chiefs Game To Tonight

The National Football League postponed Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs to tonight after New England starting quarterback Cam Newton and Chiefs practice squad quarterback Jirdab Ta'amu tested positive for the coronavirus.

The Pats and Chiefs will play at 8:05 p.m. on CBS, while the scheduled Atlanta Falcons-Green Bay Packers game on ESPN will move to 9:50 p.m.

 

Another Tennessee Player, Staffer Test Positive

Another Tennessee Titans player, Khari Blasingame, and a staffer tested positive for the coronavirus, AP reported, the sixth straight day at least one member of the Titans’ organization turned up positive.

Tennessee has now had 20 cases, 18 of them since last Tuesday. The game the Titans were supposed to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday was rescheduled for October 25.
