Tom Brady wrote an essay in ‘The Players' Tribune’ Monday about his move to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, saying, “I have things to prove to myself,” and calling it “a change, a challenge, an opportunity to lead and collaborate, and also to be seen and heard.”

The 42-year-old quarterback also spoke warmly about the New England Patriots, where he spent 20 years and won six Super Bowls, praising the organization and its fans.

All-Decade Team Named

The NFL and the Pro Football Hall of Fame announced its 2010s All-Decade Team Monday, which included eight unanimous selections: Tom Brady, Von Miller; J.J. Watt, Adrian Peterson, Aaron Donald, Joe Thomas, Marshal Yanda and Justin Tucker.

The members of the 55-member team were chosen in voting by the Hall of Fame selection committee. Pete Carroll and Bill Belichick were chosen as the coaches.
