Jets' Quarterback Darnold Ready To Play

New York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold says he feels he’s ready to play after a bout with mononucleosis. However, tests on his spleen have yet to be done and he hasn’t yet received medical clearance to play.

Patriots Sign Mike Nugent

The New England Patriots have signed veteran kicker Mike Nugent to replace the injured Stephen Gostkowski. The Patriots also added former Chargers kicker Younghoe Koo to their practice squad as a backup.
