Wild Game Between Chiefs, Rams

It was a wild game between the Chiefs and Rams Monday night.

Patrick Mahomes threw for a Monday Night Football-record six touchdowns, but his interception and two fumbles did the Chiefs in as the Rams won 54-51. It was the highest-scoring Monday Night game ever, and third-most points of any game.

Injury to Smith May Not Be Career-ending

Sources say the injury suffered by Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith on Sunday may not be career-ending. Smith suffered a broken tibia and fibula, but is expected to make a full recovery. In the meantime, the Redskins have signed Mark Sanchez to backup Colt McCoy.
