Effingham St. Anthony tallied two victories over Effingham in freshman/sophomore boys basketball action Monday evening.

In the A contest, the Bulldogs claimed a 62-41 victory. St. Anthony's Keenan Griffith scored five in the opening quarter then broke loose in the second period with 13 points on three trifectas and two regular baskets as the Bulldogs took a 34-21 halftime lead.

St. Anthony had a 17-14 third quarter and finished out with an 11-6 final period.

Griffith finished with 20 points while Aiden Lauritzen added 12.

Effingham was led by Kellams with 15 points.

In B action, St. Anthony edged Effingham 18-15 in a game that was played in two quarters.

Maddux Clark led the Bulldogs with nine points.

Effingham was led by Wagner with five.
