South Central Claims Boys Basketball Win Over Ramsey

FARINA -- South Central High School improved to 14-5 on the season with a 65-48 non-conference boys basketball victory over Ramsey Monday.

The Cougars edged out to a 12-10 opening quarter lead then stepped it up with a 26-19 second period run to lead 38-29 at halftime.

South Central had a 27-19 second half. Four players hit double figures for the winners.

Aidan Dodson led the way with 19 points while Ethan Watwood added 15, Spencer Johannes 12 and Keenin Willshire 10.

The Cougars hit six three-pointers in the contest led by Watwood with three.
