Heat Tops Lakers, 115-104 In NBA Finals

The Miami Heat topped the Los Angeles Lakers 115-104 Sunday night to cut the Lakers’ National Basketball Associationa Finals lead to 2 games to 1.

Jimmy Butler led the Heat with a triple double, getting 40 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists, just the third 40-point triple-double in NBA Finals history. Miami got the win with starters Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic out with injuries. Game 4 will be played Tuesday night. 

 

Storm Beats Aces in WNBA Finals

The Seattle Storm beat the Las Vegas Aces 104-91 Sunday to take a 2 games to nothing lead in the best-of-five Womena's National Basketball Association Finals. Breanna Stewart led the Storm with 22 points. Game 3 will be Tuesday night, with Seattle hoping to win their second title in three years.
