The Boston Celtics said Tuesday that forward Gordon Hayward will be out for about four weeks with a severe ankle sprain. Hayward suffered the injury in Boston's win over Philadelphia Monday night in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series when he rolled his ankle after going up for a rebound.

Hornets' Focke Suspended

The Charlotte Hornets have suspended radio broadcaster John Focke indefinitely after he used the n-word in a tweet about Monday’s game between the Denver Nuggets and the Utah Jazz, using it instead of “Nuggets.”

The tweet was later deleted and he apologized, saying, “I don't know how I mistyped, I had (and have) no intention of ever using that word. I take full responsibility for my actions. I have been sick to my stomach about it ever since. I'm truly sorry that this happened and I apologize to those I offended.” The Hornets are investigating.
